Warranty

All tools purchased from Evrodinamiki Limited or its authorized resellers are subject to strict quality controls and are accompanied by a warranty.

The following warranty periods apply:

Tools: 24-month warranty from the date of purchase for tools purchased within Cyprus.
Batteries and Chargers: 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Evrodinamiki will cover the cost of repair or replacement of defective parts, free of charge, in cases of manufacturing defects or hardware failure. This warranty is based on the principle of “good operation.”

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

Defects or malfunctions caused by failure to follow safety and maintenance instructions.

Damage caused by using incompatible or faulty accessories from other brands or models.

Any repairs, modifications, or tampering performed by unauthorized personnel.

Minor deviations from product specifications that do not affect performance or value.

Electrical failures due to connection to an incorrect voltage grid.

Wear and tear of consumable parts or accessories due to normal usage.

Misuse or application of the tool beyond its intended use, as specified in the User’s Guide.

Lack of proper maintenance by the owner, which is required to ensure the tool’s longevity.

Accessories and consumables, as these are subject to normal wear and have a limited service life.

Tools used for hire or rental purposes.

Products that do not bear the CE mark.

Claiming Warranty

To file a warranty claim, please ensure the following:

The claim must be made within the warranty period.
